Post subject: Problems with KDE shortcuts (keyboard layout) - bug

When I change keybord layout to gr (with alt+shift), keyboard shortcuts (i.e. ctrl+C, ctrl+V, etc. does not work in KDE (qt), but works in chromium, libreoffice etc (gtk).
Is that a general bug or it is just me?

p.s. that behavior is consistent in 4 different PC & laptops.
