Hi,
tried installation of aptosid-2011-02-imera-xfce-amd64-201107131632.iso on Lenovo S205 (AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics).
After the boot menu X is started but i only see snow on the screen (mouse pointer is visible as a big rectangle when moved).
So it is not possible to use the live system or install it.

Possible to use some boot flags for the kernel?

Regards,
Roland

radeon.modeset=0 xmodule=vesa as bootcheats should work.
After installing you propably need fglrx, since radeon does not work propper for HD6xxx graphics cards.

HD6310 on the very same Lenovo Ideapad S205 does work ok here - no boot cheat needed. No Release bug, moved to "Hardware" section.
Greetings,
Chris
