No, just the key retrieval can be dodgy. If you look in the repos section of your fll.conf you will see two gpgkey options and one keyring option, using either of the other two options instead is more reliable, probably the other gpgkey option is best once your host that is running pyfll has that file.

It seemed that i finally got it. With the help of squid3, trying first approx then apt-cacher-ng both didn't work for me.

Hardware: Intel Core i5-4440 @ clocked at Min:3106.902Mhz, Samsung SSD.
