Nothing to add.

If X.org accidentally dies or you manually restart it (Ctrl + Alt + Backspace) then you are required to enter aptosid's password (which is not set, so you won't be able to log in)

This is the default behavior for the live session, nothing to worry about.

The work-around would be to change to a console via <ctrl><alt><f1>, gain root rights and give the user aptosid a password
      Code:
su
passwd aptosid
Choose your password. Change back to the graphical login screen via <alt><f7>, sometimes <alt><f8>. Log in like you would on an installed system.
